How women influence peace processes

At an event in Berlin, our colleague Camille Bernheim will focus on the role of women in peace processes before, during and after armed conflicts, highlighting how and where they exert influence to advance peace processes and prevent setbacks.

PeaceWomen Around the World has taken an in-depth look at the common perception of peace processes and examined the question: "How do women influence peace processes?" Camille's presentation shows how we have deconstructed the image of peace processes.

The presentation will take place at the event "Revolution No. 1 – War and PEACE", organised by members of the European Parliament Sibylle Berg and Martin Sonneborn.

Admission is free. Reservations are recommended.

The increase in armed conflicts and polarised, ultra-conservative ideologies undermines the rule of law and women's rights – feminist analyses and solutions are therefore more important than ever.
